2020 - COOMET: The KCDB2.0

The course is aimed at COOMET Technical Committees Chairs and TC members who coordinate the review and act as reviewers of CMCs.

Description

The BIPM-COOMET Workshop on the KCDB 2.0 is a joint initiative between the BIPM and COOMET, designed to equip COOMET TC Chairs and TC Members who operate the CIPM MRA CMC review processes with appropriate information, and ensure that they will not learn the new KCDB 2.0 elements by 'trial and error'.

The workshop is a follow-up to the global course entitled "Optimizing the CIPM MRA - the KCDB 2.0", organized at the BIPM in November 2019.

Training will be organized using an offline tool accessible at the BIPM, reproducing the KCDB 2.0 and its web platform. Each participant will be asked to register in the system as CMCs Writer, Reviewer and Pilot of comparisons, and will obtain a TC Chair account for the exercises.
