Linking EURAMET.M.D-K1.1 to CCM.D-K1
The results of EURAMET.M.D-K1.1 were linked to CCM.D-K1 via CEM (Spain), INRIM (Italy), METAS (Switzerland), NMIJ-AIST (Japan) and PTB (Germany) who partiocipated in both comparisons. The linking process is described in Sections 5 and 6 of the EURAMET.M.D-K1.1 Final Report.

The key comparison reference value for volume, xR, and its standard uncertainty, uR, are determined from the weighted mean of the participants' results under the presence of covariances, see section 7.2 on page 11 and Appendix 2 on page 21 of the CCM.D-K1 Final Report. Only the first NMIJ data (labelled as "NMIJ-1") is used to calculate the reference values and the degrees of equivalence.
