Information on the key comparison reference value and the degree of equivalence may be found in Section 7.1 on page 7 of the EURAMET.L-K3.2009.2 Final Report.
EURAMET.L-K3.2009.2 is a bilateral key comparison between PTB and METAS, and a follow-up on EURAMET.L-K3.2009 with PTB acting as the linking laboratory.
Measurand definition and data analysis of laboratory measurement results can be found in section 5 and 6 of the EURAMET.L-K3.2009.2 Final Report.
