  • Key comparison CCQM-K96

MEASURAND : Amount content of oxidants as dichromate
NOMINAL VALUE : 3.4 mol/kg

The key comparison reference value, xR, is calculated as the weighted mean of all participant results, and its standard uncertainty, uR, is calculated according to the external consistency concept multiplying the uncertainty of the weighted mean by the Birge ratio.

xR = 3.397022 mol/kg and uR = 0.000063 mol/kg

The degree of equivalence of laboratory i with respect to the key comparison reference value is given by a pair of terms: Di = (xi - xR)/xR and Ui, its expanded uncertainty (k = 2), Ui = [2(ui2 + uR2)1/2]/xR, both expressed in relative terms.

  • Key comparison CCQM-K96.1

The NIM (2013) participated in CCQM-K96.1 where KRISS acted as linking institute. The linking procedure is described in the CCQM-K96.1 Final Report.
