The key comparison CCM.D-K4 was carried out in two "petals". A reference value was calculated for each transfer instrument and petal. The method how to calculate a common key comparison reference value, xR , and associated expanded uncertainty at a 95% confidence level, UR,and the reciprocal Degrees of Equivalence is described  on pages 14 to 19 of the CCM.D-K4 Final Report and in Section 3.2.1 of the Supplement to CCM.D-K4.
